1. Inquiry and Product Selection

Please send us your product requirements with as much detail as possible. You may choose from our existing models or request custom solutions based on your project needs. When inquiring, it is helpful to include product type, dimensions, material preference, color, surface finish, functions, quantity, destination country, and any special packaging requirements.

If you are sourcing for hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, laboratories, or public healthcare projects, our team can recommend suitable products according to your application, such as medical beds, nursing trolleys, treatment tables, storage cabinets, infusion chairs, patient waiting chairs, or mobility aids.

2. Customization and Quotation

After receiving your inquiry, we will review the specifications and provide a quotation based on the product structure, customization level, order quantity, packaging requirements, and shipping needs. For custom projects, we may discuss drawings, materials, color options, accessories, logos, and functional details to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Prices are usually confirmed according to the final order details. If the project involves special design changes, non-standard sizes, or mixed product combinations, the quotation will be adjusted accordingly after technical confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation
